Description: An advanced professional development workshop designed for educators, behavior analysts, and mental health professionals. This comprehensive training delves into the complex nature of human behavior, focusing on understanding the underlying functions and broader impacts of behavior in various settings. Through a blend of theoretical insights and practical applications, participants will enhance their ability to analyze, interpret, and address behavioral issues effectively. Participants will walk away understanding behavioral functions, analyzing behavioral impacts, and the ability to implement effective function based interventions.
