| Description: Districts are well-equipped to serve and support students when they hire, grow, and retain quality staff. In this training, we will build principal capacity in the following areas: • Human Capital System & Organizational Alignment • Recruitment, Branding, & Communication • Hiring Practices • Employee Engagement • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion While the primary audience is principals, all district and building leaders who have a role in hiring would benefit from this training. This training addresses standards in all four domains of Ohio’s Principal Standards. Participants will receive an e-badge and 6 contact hours. In partnership with the Ohio Department of Education and Battelle for Kids, the North Central Ohio ESC is pleased to offer this professional learning opportunity. |
