Registration Fee: $45 per module (3 hours) or $150 for all modules (15 hours) or FREE for districts receiving 0.2 gifted services from NCOESC | Audience: General Education teachers who need to meet requirements of serving gifted students | Graduate Credit: Available through Ashland University at $572 for 2 graduate credits |
Description: This Module is called Characteristics of Under-represented Gifted Populations and it covers Ohio gifted competency E. This competency is listed below. e) The ability to recognize and respond to characteristics and needs of students from traditionally underrepresented populations who are gifted and create safe and culturally responsive learning environments The concepts presented in this module will help you support all types of learners, with an emphasis on your gifted population. |
