MTSS for Academics: Optimized Supports for At-Risk Learners Elementary Edition |

Description: Based the number of students newly at risk for academic failure due to interruptions to instruction. This full-day training is intended to help elementary school MTSS Teams to ‘recalibrate’ and restore their MTSS student-support model. Jim Wright, creator of Intervention Central, will review best practices in MTSS for academics, highlighting those ‘non-negotiable’ elements necessary for success at intervention Tiers 1, 2, and 3. Participants will also have an opportunity to review their school or district MTSS practices, identify areas needing improvement, and develop their own action plan. All resources introduced at this training will be accessible online after the workshop. |
